Journey Registration

Prior to Registration, please note:
Please allow up to 3-4 days for your registration, enrollment, and payment to be processed. Thank you.

Elective day is a full day, not a la carte - when you register you will choose a full day of classes, 5 classes total per student. Use the wait lists when you register if needed, we cannot guarantee openings in all of your child's first choice classes, but we will do our best to honor your request if possible, You can choose to do both days when you register, or you can choose to do just the elective day or just the academic day.

Payments, Refunds, Books

1. Payment options: A 1-time upfront payment or monthly-until-July 1 payment plan, with payment due in full by July 1. Payment dates: 25% at registration, May 1, June 1, July 1. Any fees associated with a bounced or blocked registration/tuition/fee payment will be charged back to your account.
2. Registration Fees are non-refundable. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are not included in the tuition. Tuition fees may contain additional material/resource/lab fees and are typically noted in the class description/listing.

3. Refunds:
Please note that at registration, our financial obligations to our teachers, facility, resources, and miscellaneous costs are committed for the school year. For this reason, we will manage refunds as stated below. Thank you for understanding.

Dropping classes prior to May 31: You will receive a full refund of total tuition & fees paid, minus registration fees.
Dropping on June 1 through June 30: you will receive 50% refund of total owed tuition & fees, minus registration fees
Dropping on July 1 through August 1: You will receive back 25% of the year's tuition for that class(es), minus registration and class/lab fees ($50/high school science lab).
Dropping after August 1: there will be no refunds. Our financial obligations to our teachers, facility, resources, and miscellaneous costs are committed for the year.

4. Required books/materials: You will be responsible for purchasing Books/Required materials for your student, prior to the first day of class. Required books are listed within each class description.
5. "Additional recommended books" simply are suggestions that will help you teach through the remainder of your week and are not required by Journey. More information about finding and purchasing new and used books is located below.

6. Medical Information: Please be sure that any relevant medical information is recorded on the registration form, including any medications or health conditions that we need to be aware of, and any known allergies. Communication is key. Thank you.

7. Wait Lists: When a class is full, it will indicate a waitlist. Please choose that class for your student and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.
If you have a waitlist for the *elective* day, please choose that class, then choose your second choice for that same time period as well. Again, we will do our best to try to accommodate you .
We do anticipate that student classes will often (not always) open up from time-to-time. This is not a guarantee of enrollment/registration and placement, but Journey staff will do our best to accommodate our students when/if we can. Once a class has an opening, we will contact you (the parent) to verify your interest in enrolling your child in the class(es).
